Congrats on the purchase. The new '04 Civics have kind of grown on me a lot. I was never a fan of the '01-'03s, but I think the exterior changes they've made to the '04s make them look 10Xs better. Are you getting an EX? Manual?

I currently go to Baker College in Muskegon with a major in Computer Programming

i also love the look of the 2004. the new body kit is real nice. Im going for the EX model, manual tranny, and thinkin bout maybe the honda aero kit and spoiler. no wings on this civic. i work at best buy in the car audio dept and my buddy works at circuit city in car audio so we are planning a very nice custom install for all my stereo equipment. im extremely excited about the car and modding it out and am thanking everyone in advance for all the advice/help/suggestions!

Congrats  If you're lookin for info on the 7th gen civics you may want to head over to http://www.7thgencivic.com most of the info is related to 01-03, but mechanically the 04's are pretty much identical. Oh yeah, go for the aero kit...and what color are you planning on getting?

Im planning on getting a black one. thanks for the link. as for the aero kit, im not sure if im getting it, the dealership wants 1300 for the kit and 600 for the spoiler, i may just wait and see if any companies come out with a decent kit. i can always get the honda kit later if i want. so is it safe for me to assume that if a part works on the 01-03's that it will work no prob on the 04?

if you go to www.hondacars.com and click on build your honda, then choose civic coupe, EX w/manual tranny, then nighthawk black pearl, then the rear wing spoiler and aero kit, thats basically what im going to get. the dealership is going to have to order one for me so its going to be a bit before i finally get it
