Default Front and rear speakers

What speakers does everyone have? I want to install an Infinity component system, but crutchfield says it will not fit the rear. I have cut out the speaker baskets in the front, so it should fit there.

Does anyone have a component system in their sol? What kind could be recomended that sounds good and will fit?

I'm running pioneer shit all the way around with the stock tweeters in the door panels... With a deck with a parametric eq, it sounds really nice...

I'm really not a big fan of pioneer. Just not the sound I like. I'm a really big audio freak however. Is there any way to fit speakers that are a bit too deep into the rear?

Polks. EX components in the front, EX coaxes in the back. Don't listen to Crutchfield-- aside from extreme cases, there's no such thing a speaker that "won't fit".

Thanks a bunch isotope. It's different in the rear, though. If something won't fit it won't fit. It has to do with the fact that there's no speaker baskets in the back only these metal brackets. I could probably squeeze another 1/2" out of them with washers.

I had that same problem. I couldnt get my new speakers to physically fit in the basket. I gave them to a friend for his. I forget the size. I want to say 6 inch but they were much more shallow than the ones I purchased.

What is that in inches? I may say screw it and make custom boxes.
