OK, here's the problem, when i signal the signal would initially blinks, however whenever i apply the brake it stop blinking--really gets me aggravated. Can someone tell how to problem solve this???

note: i just recent installed a new cluster off a 99 civic, because i snapped off the gas needle while trying to insert a guage face.

 

So, it's only doing it now that you have the new cluster?

Did you try to rewire anything? If you have a gauge face kit, I'd say you may have jacked something up there.

Try removing everything you did and see if that fixes it. It would definitely pinpoint the problem.

Doesn't sound like the problem, but did you check all your fuses? Always start with the easiest, most ridiculous things first.
