So, it's only doing it now that you have the new cluster?

Did you try to rewire anything? If you have a gauge face kit, I'd say you may have jacked something up there.

Try removing everything you did and see if that fixes it. It would definitely pinpoint the problem.

Doesn't sound like the problem, but did you check all your fuses? Always start with the easiest, most ridiculous things first.
