get yourself a repair manual and find the wiring diagram for the fuel pump. splice the power wire and stick a toggle switch in between and hide the switch somewhere. when the toggle switch is "off" and you start the car, it'll start but only last a few seconds before it shuts off.
wouldn't that hurt the engine though?
