or better yet.... why don't you get the problem diagnosed by someone who knows what they're doing and isn't 500-1000 miles away first before you go out and buy new rotors.
cause diagnosing the problem costs money unless you know people. when the steering wheel virbates when the brakes are pressed 99% of them time it's warped rotors. given the fact he has 85K and drives aggressively it's mostly likely what happened and probably needs new pads anyways.
