on a side note:
most players that wont read a 80minute CD is based on the reading laser of the deck the same way some players wont read past 50 and others wont read past 99. you can put ova 99 track points but the player will only read 1-99 and error for the rest (or just restart) as for 74min/650mb CD's vs. 80min/800mb the size of the CD didnt change its the way the recorder and reader view the information on the CD. many (not all) older players wont read a 80min CD (however data wise they can) where new player will recognize the information stored on the disks
