have your friend shatter the windshield for you so that you can go to your insurance company and be like “look the whole window is cracked, fix it” some insurance companies take their claims as a 1 at a time basis, and don’t just go by the rule book on every claim… id give them a call tomorrow when they’re open and tell em you want to do an individual claim…. oh, btw... call YOUR INSURANCE AGENT... because they recieve your payments, they will be happier to help you than just someone working for the same company... call the office you go to... my moms an insurance agent, and ive been working in her office for three years... mad people cant get any help, then when they come in directly to see us instead of just calling the regional office and talking to some dumb **** who answers the phone for 5.50 an hour, they get what they needed....
