Bumpstops. And it doesn't have to be cut on sport spring applications. Some recommend it, but mine are still virigin. H&R recommends that you don't cut them for the sport springs I have.
If you want 1.75F, 1.5R get H&R sports or Neuspeed sports. They both lower about that, and ride a bit more firm and sporty than stock. I rode on stock shocks with my H&R's for 2 years, no problems. I recently installed Koni Yellow shocks.
If you want it to ride like stock, then get Eibach Prokit. I like the drop that the H&R's give better, and I want the performance of the spring, so that was my choice. Mine still rides great, and together with the shocks, and upgraded bars, it handles great.
