try ebay sometimes i see them on there. but rarely. as far as the bolts go, are you missing all the bolts or just the ones to mount the plates to the subframe? anyways when you put on the bolts/nuts make sure you get some lock washers for the bolts cause if you just put them on without them, after awhile the bolts will come loose. happened on my friends dx, he forgot to get some. i havent had to adjust mine since i put it on.
i am just missing the 4 bolts that is for attaching to the subframe. i'll definitely get some washers when i install it.

if you cant wait you can get some M8 bolts and nuts and lockwashers from your local hardware store as far as thread pattern it doesnt matter, i used 1.25, most places carry 1.5 but honda uses 1.25 threading. and about 1/2" long bolts.
