Why bother using synthetic oil if it is not needed? If Honda / Acura wanted you to use synthetic they would have said so
Then why do any mods? If honda wanted your car to go faster or handle better they would have made it so
There are advantages to using synthetic oil, but not everyone needs it. If you drive your car hard, or you expect to keep your car till it falls apart, you really should use a quality synthetic.
