Reliability I think is the big difference. You get what you pay for... whether it's a condom or a car. Remember the first 2 years the Neons came out? Flakey paint, sh!tty motor, horrible trannies etc.. etc... you were lucky if you were to see a Neon hit 100K. It's a domestic still. The day you prove that the SRT-4 is as reliable as mine... I'd look into it. Meanwhile... I'm stickin' with my Civic.

I agree, but i think dodge has come a long way from their early 90's models (def from late 80's)... especially the Neon. I just what some of that turbo goooodnesssss.
But i know my 127hp naturally aspired beast (wonder why it lasts so long with all that stress on the drivetrain from da MAD PoWA) will out last that crummy paint.
