Why bother using synthetic oil if it is not needed? If Honda / Acura wanted you to use synthetic they would have said so. Just use what they suggest and change it every 3,000 miles/ or 3 months which ever comes first. That's the rule of thumb I use..I can't see pissing away money on something that I don't need.
