Nah... they are supposed to be used with a balanced diet and excersice program. To reach the results you want with less effort and less time. Everything is temporary if you only do it for a small amount of time.
I wasn't arguing even though some of the effects when not used properly are harmful. but undercontrol and and conjunction with eating healthy and exercising it is a valid combination(of course one would just use certain vitamins as well)

i understand your point perfectly. exercising or taking these pills or eating well all for a brief amount of time will never be a good way to get any long term goals achieved. only through routine and determination and keeping on a sorta schedule will you have an effective work out plan
