Stock FI motors are low compression (often having forged internals) with conservative cams (also no variable valve timing) and restrictive intake/exhausts with fairly small turbos. It is likely that a high compression honda engine with VTEC and decent intake/exhaust would beat it easily when you slap a large turbo on it. Wanna make bets on which will last longer at the same performance level (unless you do it right and spend WAY more money)?
