I have a 95 accord 2.2 vtec EX

My cooling fan only comes on when my car is off. When my car is on and I am idleing the temp with go up slowly. so I just changed my thermostat.

When I took out my old thermostat it was stuck on close so I know that it was bad. but my cooling fan doesnt come on with my ignition on. Could it be my cooling fan sensor located where my thermostat is?

By the way is the sensor in the front of the car different from the one located by the theromstat on the back. PLEASE HELP!!!
