D = SOHC (single over head cam)
B = DOHC (dual ")
15 = 1.5
16 = 1.6 etc.

Yours is a D15B7 I believe. B20 is from a CRV

B series are found in the 94-97 del Sol VTEC, 99-00 Civic SI, 90-00 Integra, CRV...
