Dishwashing soap and/or claybar will do this. Dishwashing soap is bad to use otherwise because it has de-greasing agents that will break down the wax on your car. But it's good if that's what you want it to do.
I didnt know that about the clearcoating issue, but I sure know not to use dishwashing or laundry soaps on the surface of a shiny, waxed vehicle! I have had experience with that stuff eating through my paint....its toxic...
