Most shops have a nifty tool that is used for aiming the headlights. take it in and pay $10 to have your lights aimed for you. they'll prolly do a better job than the average person can do.

Check all your mounting hardware for the bumper. I just did a bumper on our civic, and while it was not fun at all, no noises or rattling or anything else coming from it.
