Okay Si, let me put it to you another way....

IF I got new, better subs in a ported enclosure for the trunk of my 99 Accord, WOULD the rumble and boom be much improved over the tight rolloff I am experiencing now with my SEALED 15s? Like I had mentioned in my original post, a co worker of mine with two 10s in a sealed box in his Acura TL Type S suggested that if I got two 15s in a PORTED box instead of my sealed set up, the rolloff and boom difference would be night and day...and if I went bandpass, he says, I would be able to be heard in the next county, forget about in the next car over....do you agree?
