Except for Porsches, I can't think of a single other exotic that has excellent reliability ratings besides the NSX. Ferraris and Lambos have long storied histories of "interesting" design decisions which proved costly to owners in the long run. Lotus' are notorious for their difficult upkeep, especially the turbo V8 Esprit... TVR and older Jaguar parts are supposedly rarer than hens teeth... etc. etc. etc.
The NSX may be just under the C5 Corvette in performance, but I personally prefer it in just about every other category - interior quality, body design, build quality, engine sound, etc. etc. Every little detail seems to fit just right ...
