Did we ever resolve this issue? What is the "ideal" way to fire a sub box in the trunk of a car like an Accord? I see so many installs with the subwoofers facing forward when you open the trunk, so the bass is firing backwards towards the trunk area; I see very little going the other way around, with the subs firing right through, strait, the rear seats...is there a rule to this or no?
