anyway, my pops quit after smoking 30 years, with the help of nicorette. he was cranky as hell, had headaches, and was really unpleasant to be around........but it worked after a month!
thanks. i guess theres no easy way to quit with the gum or patch. i dont wanna see my dad with headaches and be real moody.

I did the patch. Worked well but gives you kind of gnarly dreams if you leave it on at night. Those are actually kind of fun. 
im sure its not the same type of fun for a 55 year old
