You need to check your source again bro for the Korean War. You state that they (US, China and NK) signed an armistice and a peace treay, but they DID not. They signed the armistice, but no permanent peace was brought about by it. It ENDED THE WAR which is however stated on your source. A non-aggression pact does not need to end the war, the war ended in 1953 which is the recognized date of the end of the Korean War.

An excerpt from a source:
With much of North Korea devastated and realizing that they could not conquer South Korea, the Communists finally decided to stop the bloodshed. On July 27, 1953, a truce went into effect and hostilities ended.

Nonetheless, they are not at war (meaning currently fighting) right now as they continue to work to reunify the nation. That was my point in the first post and that is my point now. So I guess these last few posts have been mute points.

As for Vietnam, actually the Paris Peace Treaty was signed on January 23rd, 1973 and a cease-fire went into effect 5 days later. You are correct thought that it did not end in a cease-fire because the North ignored it and after Saigon fell in 1975, the South surrendered. My mistake.
