WRONG!! My girlfriends brother bought a CAI with no bypass valve..When the first rain came here in the Bay Area he went through a puddle that wasn't that deep, and he hydrolocked his motor in his Del Sol. $2000 later he got his car back. Comptech makes a decent CAI with a bypass valve as well as AEM..:thumbup:
