Well, you don't have to have a co-signer for the car since you're paying in cash. They are not extending credit to you.

I am not sure about being able to own that car since you're under 18 though. I don't remember the law requiring you to be 18 to legally own the car if you have a license. Then again, I do not know anyone who's under 18 that can afford to pay cash for a car :dunno:
