BTW the worst tippers out there are regulars in bars. I bartended for 6 years and the locals that were there regularly tipped like shit...so I poured their drinks light
and those that tipped well got an extra second on the pour.

exactly... no matter where I go out first tip I make is a big one. after that the waitress or bartender will serve you first or even just ask if you need any more drinks as they walk by.
