A lot of people don't realize that jobs exist where the majority of the pay comes in tips. But. I tip in proportion to the service. If a waiter/waitress is nice but doesn't give the greatest service, I'm not giving them the greatest tip. Unless I'm out with this one "friend" (girlfriend for me - Spood) of mine who says she always gives a big tip because she used to be a waitress...then I give a big tip so I don't look like an asshole and she puts out later in the evening.
