Hey Peeps

I have a 96 teg, as I increase in speed I have a wearing noise coming from my car. To give you an idea, one of friends, while driving inside, said my car sounds like a plane, another said it sounds like I'm driving in D2 or D1. This noise peeks at 60 mph. Also, the more people in my car the louder it sounds. The noise seems to be coming from the wheels. Does this sound like my wheel bearings need to be changed? Is this a common problem with tegs?
