D-3 uses the first three gears in your vehicle. It provides engine braking going downhill, and power when going up hill
D-2 this gives you more climbing power when going up hill and and increased engine braking when going down hill.
When I had my civic ex i never had a problem going up steep hills.
-I hope you didn't sell your car because you had problems going up hill...
Umm, no I did not sell my car at all, I loved that thing. I was driving in Arkansas and I was stopped at a sto light and this truck slams into mw from behind going 45 and pushed me under the silverado in front of me. The fram was cracked and 3 of fours motor mounts broke, and the motor fell out. I have an acura 2.2cl rightnow, and i have always wanted an Si, I just dont want to feel like I am driving an ex civic.
