p28 is the 92-95 ex/si civic ecu. its nice cuz it has the ability to activate vtec, and readily accepts chips (with slight modifications). i got a "socketed" one that allows me to open the ecu and change teh chip (altering fuel maps, rev limit, and vtec x-over). i know that obd1 ludes can run them. dunno bout accords tho.
