Default DC sport, A'PEXi WS catback - dyno #s inside

I just installed a DC sport cermamic coated header, A'PEXi WS catback, and gutted the factory cat this weekend. I went from a complete factory exhaust to this setup in a matter of 2hours. I really like the way the car sounds now. It is not much louder than stock driving around and it's very quiet at WOT. This is how an import should sound.

I pulled the car off the lift and strapped it to the dyno to see what I picked up. Here were the results:

I picked up 13hp in some spots in the midrange! You can definitely feel the difference on the street.

I then sprayed a 65 shot to see how it liked the new exhaust. I previously dynoed 154/188 with the stock exh/65shot. With just the exhaust changes, it pulled 172/205! Nitrous loves a free-flowing exhaust. I'll post that graph tomorrow. The car was running pig rich on the spray, which is safe, but not conducive for making the most power. So, I swapped in the 75n20 jet, and left the fuel jet alone. Peak #s didn't change much, but I picked up 10hp/tq in the midrange. Final#s were 172/210. Here is the dyno graph:

All in all, I'm very pleased! I'm through modding the F22A (except for larger doses of nitrous) An H22A motor will be here in about a month, so I'll give the old F22A hell until then. 160k miles and still going strong.....
