I ended up getting the XDSS kit. I wanted the HDSS but it wasn't in stock and they said they'd send the XDSS for the same price ($50.00 more). It's very stiff but this is mostly due to the fact that I have a cable clutch and not a hydro. But with the Xtreme Pressure Plate, the clutch grabs like a mother****er The only problem I had was my clutch cable snapping but this was due to the increased tension from the new clutch plus it was a 13 year old OEM nylon cable. With a new steel one my car runs great. I've had no problems since. I would highly recommend the HDSS or the XDSS clutch kits from ACT.
