An Apexi V-AFC is $340.
Dyno time runs anywhere from $100->$200/hr. Depending on the application, 1.5->2hrs should be more than enough time.

the reason i asked bout the spoon ecu was cuz somebody tryin to sell me one and telling me its the real shit and i wasnt convinced, but i just bought a gsr ecu chiped for 200$
i will be getting the apex v afc soon and i can dyno and tune my car at skool my self so that aint a problem
