I have the Apex'i V-AFC on my car. I have my VTEC come in at 5,000RPM and go off at 4,000RPM. It actually helps a lot, but I do have a ZEX cam in my car, so the movement of the VTEC crossover and the ability to modify my fuel map for my cam is a big help.
