Sounds like you already know the answer:dunno: In any case, my vote goes to stock shocks/aftermarket springs w/many miles to be more firm and hold up better than stock/stock(few miles). But the ride w/aftermarket springs will be more bouncy, not gonna be bad, but it will be noticeable, mainly cause the stock shocks can't handle the spring rate of the aftermarket springs.
