Hi, i'm about to lower my car and cannot decide between

H&R Sport with KYB AGX or Eibach-Pro-Kit w/ KYB AGX

I have a 96 Accord and i'm looking for a smooth ride yet lowering my car about 1.5" I've done searches and have been reading that people with these setups are actually getting more like 2" drops because of the KYB struts being a bit shorter than stock struts. Is this true?? Any of you experience this?? If so, would it be better for me to go with the Eibach Pros b/c they don't drop as much as the H&Rs? Thanks!
