a minivan runs 20's stock. so if i make it run 17's is that fast? yeah for a minivan but its still not fast. 13's isnt fast. it isnt slow either. low 12's is fast. now thats my opinion. obviously someone driving with a supercharged Mustang is gonna say 12's are slow and 10's are fast. how fast do you wanna be?
