Huh? 13's for a Accord is pretty damn good. Going from 17's to 13's? Its just the fact that you took a 3,000+ pound car and made it run 13's when you see probally 50 percent of the cars are civics and tegs running the same times. But yes accords are slow, but you cant sit here and say a Accord running 13's is slow?
