Why would it matter how many plugs are out? Each cylinder's compression is independent of all other cylinders.
What matters is when you pull all 4 plugs out, your starter cranks the engine a little faster.
Another thing that matters is your gauge. The internal volume of the pressure gauge & the location of it's check-valve also influence the compression pressures. So its only fair to compare your pressures against someone else's if that's all the same.
