lol, ok, you got me there with the SAFC. If you had listed all those mods in your original post the responses would have been different. Here are some options:

1) Sell the SAFC and go with hondata (not sure what your budget allows you to do): http://www.hondata.com/products.html

2) Wait for someone on this board to recommend a good vendor to have your ECU chipped (you can actually probably find someone local to do this; where are you located?) Quite a few members on honda-tech actually chip ECU's for a living, you can go there and PM any of these folks: Katman, eg6ajk, kenji, cheetah. A lot of H-T members have used their services and have been happy, but I would research a bit more before paying any of them.

3) Sell the LS ECU and the SAFC and get a GSR ECU + VAFC
