:werd: I too believe that the law that getting rear ended can also be the fault of the person in front. I've seen stupid asian ladies driving Lexus and Mercedes changing lanes and cutting off 18 wheelers then slowing down to maintain distance when they are 2 feet behind another car expecting that the 18 wheeler can stop and the 18 wheelers had to slam on their brakes. Luckily they didn't jack knife. If I was an 18 wheeler I would of slammed in the back other car to teach them a lesson. That cutting somebody off and getting rear ended doesn't mean that the person in the rear is always at fault.
