You don't need one to drive a cube van. Just like you don't need a haz-mat to drive a tow-truck while towing propane trucks...

 

i was just curious, cuz with a CDL they would proly come down hard on the lexus driver, but if you just had a class M they'd tell you, "its your own gd responsibility to control your truck"

i used to drive a 30 ton truck and trailer, and wed fill it with around 8 tons in roofing waste, that was a bastard, people used to cut me off all the time. luckily i had a horn that would shake their colons loose.
