I don't know how the laws are over there, but here in WA, the person with the last reasonable opportunity to avoid the accident gets to shoulder some of the blame... so that would put the Integra driver at fault, but it would put the driver of the truck moreso at fault for not avoiding an accident to the best of his ability...
I hope the 'teg driver is ok, and I hope the truck driver gets what's coming to him...
