Your stock cat is a big-time restriction. Considering you spent all that money on the I/H/E + IM, I would suggest switching out the stock cat for a hi-flow piece.

There's an eternal debate as to whether Carsound or Random Technology is the better hi-flow cat, so I can't recommend one over the other. I have seen more issues with the Random piece though.
