Just wondering but how many of you are attorneys since you all seem willing to spit out legal advice with such authority?
what does that have to do with anything? what is an attorney? someone who knows the laws surrounding a specific set of circumstances(and much much more). i'm sure that most of us that posted in this have been in a fender bender(even if it wasn't our faults) and so i'm sure we are educated on what we are or aren't capable of doing.
