Here you go. From the Haynes manual...
1. Remove seat cushion bolts (look in joint @ seat back hinge); one bolt on either side.
Remove seat cushion and fold seat back down.
2. Remove seat back trim (the carpet on the trunk side), and use pliers to remove the pivot clips (or bolts as applicable) for each seat back.
