um well it was always a theory of mine that the reason the kits had smaller manifolds was because they chose to go the cast iron route, which is cheaper. with a cast iron manifold, i think if you get too big, you run the risk of cracking it. thats all sortof theory though, so really i dont know.
if you ask me, a manifold is a manifold is a manifold. if you can get one with equal length runners, do it. i think whats most important is that you get one that fits your car and puts the turbo where you want it. (take into account how you want to run all the pipes, and the size of the turbo)
on your last question, im pretty sure there isnt a kit like that. too many variables on something like that
