I don't know anything about the element, but the Accord doesn't just have a radio, and I know with the nav system in mine it became even more complicated since it all has to integrate. Truth is that I wouldn't put that mp3 player in if you want to take it out in a few years. First, you dont know what your new car will be; and second, you would probably want one with more options. This mp3 player does not even display the ID3 tags on the music.....just plays it. Which kinda sucks since I had a 200Watt JVC mp3 player in my old car that I couldn't use.

An option someone in another thread gave was to buy some kind of portable MP3 player (like an iPod) and get one of those things that lets you play over FM in your car.
