Some of the standard stuff are actually good but half of those aren't even worth mentioning. It just makes it look like, "wow look at the long list of standard features", until you read it. When I purchased my tundra I was surprised to see they list the bumper as standard. And a bunch of other stupid things that shouldn't be there.
I like to see standard what others(competitors) don't have, like trc-cont, skid-cont, limited slips, auto door unlock if key is sensed inside of car when turned off. The neat stuff, know what I mean. That'll get my attentoin.
What is toyota pitting the scions against, hundai's, kia's?? This may be what toyota thinks but not me, nor my friends, nor anyone that drives a similar sized vehicle.
Maybe I just have high expactation.
you dont get it.... thats alot of stuff to come standard at those prices..... yes they are basically kia/hyundai prices, with much more.... thats just a list of standard features.... telling you whats on the car, its not just special features....

The tacoma doesnt come standard with a clock... so its listed... not all cars come with buckets...it could have been a split bench.... not all cars come with rear defroster.... not all cars have an on glass antenna, not all cars have a mirror on the sun visor..... etc....
So dont get all weird because it lists some of what you think should be *expected* because that isnt always the case...
